    Absolutely! Halal Eat Street is designed to be a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all ages, with food, entertainment, and activities that families can enjoy together
  • Is entertainment provided at the event?
    Yes, each event features live entertainment, cultural performances, and sometimes even interactive activities, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere for everyone.
  • When and where does the event take place?
    The event takes place on the last Saturday of every month from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It rotates between three locations: Durack Campus, Logan Campus, and Gold Coast Campus.
  • Are there vegetarian or vegan options?
    Yes, many of our vendors offer vegetarian and vegan options to cater to a variety of dietary preferences.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, each location offers free parking for all attendees, making it easy and convenient to join the event.
  • Do I need to bring cash, or are card payments accepted?
    Most vendors accept card payments, but it’s a good idea to bring some cash just in case, as some smaller stalls may only accept cash.
  • What is Halal Eat Street?
    Halal Eat Street is a monthly, family-friendly food festival featuring a diverse selection of halal-certified cuisines from around the world. It’s a celebration of food, culture, and community.
  • How can I apply to be a vendor?
    Vendors interested in participating can fill out an Expression of Interest form on our website. Note that vendor spaces are subject to availability and confirmation from the event organizers.
  • What types of food are available?
    Halal Eat Street offers a wide range of halal-certified foods, from savory street food to sweet treats, representing diverse culinary traditions from around the world.
  • Is there an entry fee?
    No, entry to Halal Eat Street is completely free! We want everyone to enjoy the festivities without any barriers.
